The Ship in Dock Inn is one of Dartmouth's longest established inns and hosts a warm welcome at their small but well appointed bar & eatery. The bar is open every day of the year, and their eatery is open to hungry visitors at selected times & periods through the year. Their outdoor tables take advantage of a view to the River Dart in the summer months and is widely known to be one of the few places in town to get the afternoon sunshine. This small welcoming family Inn offers excellent accommodation, great beer, a select range of wines and spirits. He joined the Royal Navy in 1965 & spent most of his career as a Clearance Diver. Over the years he has gained a rich knowledge of the nautical world and the treasures that are to be found.
